Founded in Maine in 1996, we’ve grown from a regional lab into a trusted international partner, supporting farms, businesses, agencies, and researchers with diagnostics, inspections, biosurveillance, and custom autogenous vaccines. Our Leadership Team
William “Bill” Keleher, President & CEO
Bill Keleher is a respected leader in global aquaculture, recognized with the 2024 Industry Impact Award from the World Aquaculture Society. In addition to his role as President & CEO of KRB, he currently serves as Board Secretary for the Maine Aquaculture Association, as an American Fisheries Society – Fish Health Section Aquatic Animal Health Inspector, US Fish & Wildlife Title 50 Inspector, and former Fisheries & Oceans Canada Fish Health Official. He also serves on the Maine Aquatic Animal Health Technical Committee and is the past Chair of the US Animal Health Association Aquaculture Committee. Bill is a strong advocate for the industry in his home state, where fishing remains central to Maine’s heritage. Known for both his scientific expertise and diplomatic skill, Bill has been instrumental in advancing licensing approvals, fostering partnerships across borders, and earning the trust of producers who rely on his discretion and guidance.
